Aston Martin Owners Club (AMOC) Spring Concours victory

Updated: Aug 22, 2023

Richards of England (ROE) had a fantastic weekend at Duxford representing one of their recent restorations at the AMOC Spring Concours.

Sunday 14th May 2023 proved to be the highlight with DB5/1575/R picking up 1st place within this year’s 6cyl class. The client was thrilled and ROE was able to celebrate the continuation of their success at the event.

DB5/1575/R was originally delivered to Cheshire on March 21st, 1964. ROE was able to once again deliver this stunning DB5 in the same pristine condition following a 2,500-hour restoration. Finished in Silver Birch with a black interior, the DB5 looked truly elegant following its restoration.

This year's AMOC Spring Concours was held at the Imperial War Museum in Duxford. It's one of five museums that make up the branches of the Imperial War Museum. It was also a RAF base throughout both World Wars and played a prominent role in the Cold War supporting the British Army. Today it stands as Europe's largest air museum and created an incredible setting for the 2023 AMOC Spring Concours.
